Food Pantry Outreach

Central Baptist has been a member and advocate of GWCM since its inception in 1997 when eight churches came together to address needs of the local community. GWCM is now a joint effort by 13 local faith communities to continue this mission and serve the people within our area. A major part of the services offered by the GWCM are through their two food pantry locations:

Seventh-Day Adventist Church - 330 E. Barber & Evergreen Avenues, Woodbury, NJ 08096 open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am - 11:00am.

Colonial Manor Methodist Church - 56 Elberne Avenue & Tatum St Colonial Manor, NJ 08096 open Saturdays 9:30am – 11:00am.

Qualified clients may attend & register at either food pantry location. Both pantries provide non-perishable foods collected by the various churches or dropped off at the pantries. Meat, fresh fruits, and vegetables (and other food as needed) are purchased using financial donations. GWCM also receives state and federal subsidized food through the Food Bank of South Jersey.
